User Agreement with Reality Revealed University

Welcome to Reality Revealed University (RRU). By accessing or using the RRU website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”), as set out by KyKi (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please review these terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Overview of Services

Reality Revealed University is a private online education platform that provides members with high-impact educational content, expert mentorship, and access to exclusive digital communities. RRU is designed for individuals who are fully committed to personal growth, financial progress, and digital skills. Access to RRU is not given for casual use or experimentation. It is intended solely for those serious about getting results through action and discipline.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your use of RRU is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our policy.

Communication by Electronic Means

By using our services or communicating with us electronically (including via email or the Platform), you agree that we may send you updates, notices, and information electronically. These communications meet any legal requirement for written communication under Estonian and EU law.

Account Responsibility

When you create an account on RRU, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If we believe you have violated these terms or misused the Platform, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.

Membership & Payments

Your membership grants you access to the educational resources, communities, and systems within Reality Revealed University. Upon joining, you agree to be automatically charged €25 per month (or equivalent in your local currency) until you cancel.

You are fully responsible for managing your subscription.
We do not send reminders about billing dates, renewals, or upcoming charges. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic suspension or permanent revocation of access to the Platform.

Term Updates

This Agreement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business model, or legal requirements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, resources, and material available within Reality Revealed University—including videos, graphics, community contributions, methods, and written content—are the intellectual property of Kytt.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content solely for your personal learning. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written consent.

Community Rules

As a member of RRU, you are expected to treat all other users with respect. Any form of abuse, spam, self-promotion, or disruption within the community will result in immediate removal from the Platform with no refund.

Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information;

• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;

• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;

• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages;

• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters;

• Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;

• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services;

• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service;

• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Kytt has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, KyKi reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. KyKi reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. KyKi reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in KyKi's sole discretion.

Legal Compliance

You agree to use RRU only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Estonian and EU laws. Any violation of applicable laws or Platform rules may lead to legal action or termination of access.
